Meghan Orlando, a member of Molloy Women’s Lacrosse team, has made a lasting impression on both the 2016 season and her Molloy career. As a graduate student, Orlando has earned herself the East Coast Conference Weekly Honor Roll on Monday (Mar.28). The ECC Weekly Honor Roll has chosen attacker Orlando for this honorary position three times thus far.
According to molloylions.com, “Orlando became Molloy’s all-time leader in career assists over the past week, surpassing Class of 2013 graduate Alexa Toscano’s once-program standard of 81 helpers. The Hicksville native did so by accumulating two assists at LIU Post on Wednesday and then tying her single-game record with an eight-assist afternoon at Wilmington on Saturday. Orlando’s 10-assist week has given her 33 assists this season (second-most in the ECC) and a grand total of 87 assists for her career.”
The Molloy Lions, led by graduate student Orlando, will compete next on April 4th against Southern New Hampshire University at 4pm. For more information please visit molloylions.com
